NEW YORK (WZTV) — We couldn't help but wonder ... what would a stay at Carrie Bradshaw's New York City brownstone look like? More than 20 years after Sex and the City first made airwaves, a few fans will find out!
Sarah Jessica Parker, known for her role as the unlucky-in-love advice columnist, will host an Airbnb at a recreation of the character's apartment for two nights in November. In honor of the 23 years that have gone by since the show's debut, the stay will cost $23 per night and include:
- A virtual greeting from Sarah Jessica Parker
- Access to Carrie's iconic closet, featuring looks like the Patricia Field tutu she wears in the opening credits of the show
- A styling session and photoshoot
- Cosmopolitans for a toast
Airbnb representatives say the stay celebrates the upcoming release of HBO Max's reboot of the show And Just Like That.
“The Carrie Bradshaw character is near and dear to my heart, and revisiting her world for the continuation of the Sex and the City story has been such a joy,” said Parker. “I’m excited for our audience to experience Carrie’s New York like never before and walk in her shoes, quite literally, for the first time."
The Airbnb's booking opens at noon ET on Nov. 8. Learn more here.
