In a new trailer for “Ghostbusters: Afterlife,” residents of a small Oklahoma town overrun by spirits, foreboding lights in the sky, and miniature marshmallow men face an age-old question: if there's something strange in your neighborhood, who you gonna call?

The trailer for the sequel introduces a new cast led by Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, and “Stranger Things” star Finn Wolfhard, whose character apparently uncovers Ecto-1 in a barn at his deceased grandfather’s farmhouse. As they grapple with a wave of supernatural occurrences and a potential apocalypse, a decades-old YouTube video leads them to dial up the original Ghostbusters for help.

The film is directed by Jason Reitman, son of Ivan Reitman, who helmed the first two Ghostbusters films released in 1984 and 1989. Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, and Ernie Hudson are expected to reprise their roles as paranormal investigators, and Harold Ramis—who died in 2014—will “honorably represented,” Aykroyd has said.

“Ghostbusters: Afterlife” is scheduled for release exclusively in theaters in November.
