THURS-APRIL 8 A high energy comedy/varietè show featuring a rapid succession of acts showcasing comedy alongside awe-inspiring physical and mental dexterity, with poignant moments of strength and delicate beauty to make audiences laugh, wonder, shake their heads in disbelief and truly appreciate how live entertainment can exhilarate and bring real joy, various locations.
CROSSROADS DOLL & TEDDY BEAR SALE
SAT-SUN You’ll find fine antiques, dolls, teddy bears, miniatures, supplies, furniture and accessories. Pull those mystery dolls & teddy bears off the closet shelf and bring up to 2 of them to the show for experts to evaluate. Marshall Martin, as seen on Antiques Roadshow will be appraising dolls. Teddy bears will be appraised by John Port, world renowned teddy bear expert at the fairgrounds in Puyallup.
QUILTERS ANONYMOUS QUILT SHOW
FRI-SUN Our guild’s show is probably the largest annual quilt show in the area. It draws more than 4,000 visitors, from the entire Puget Sound region as well as British Columbia. We expect to display over 500 quilts in a dozen different categories, ranging from traditional styles to art quilts and other innovative designs at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe.
WINGS OVER WATER NORTHWEST BIRDING FESTIVAL
FRI-SUN The 16th Annual Wings Over Water Birding Festival in Blaine celebrates the incredible variety of migratory birds that flock to the coastal waters of Drayton Harbor, Birch Bay and Semiahmoo Bay at the northwest corner of Washington State.
