Northwest Harvest is a statewide hunger relief agency located in Washington. Their mission is to provide nutritious food to hungry people statewide in a manner that respects their dignity, while fighting to eliminate hunger.
This March, bankers in Washington joined together to make a difference for Northwest Harvest and thousands of hungry people in the community, filling a critical need during a season where many food banks find their shelves are far too empty.
Participants are encouraged to visit their local WBA branch to drop off donations.
The locations include: The Bank of Washington, Union Bank, Columbia Bank, Wells Fargo, Pacific Crest, Bank of America, Seattle Bank, Chase, HomeStreet Bank, Umpqua Bank, First Sound Bank, Sterling Bank, Anchor Bank, Heritage Bank, US Bank, Puget Sound Bank, Washington Federal, Washington Business Bank, Olympia Federal Savings, Washington Trust Bank, Sound Community Bank.
Northwest Harvest can use any nonperishable food or monetary donations. If you prefer to donate food, select shelf-stable food with the lowest saturated fats and refined carbohydrates (sugar, white flour).
