Kanye West has released the soundtrack to his "Yeezy Season 5" fashion show online.
The 39-year-old rapper-turned-fashion designer debuted his new collection at New York Fashion Week earlier this month and chose to use a newly remixed 17-minute version of a decade old demo by singer-songwriter The-Dream as the backing track.
The demo featured The-Dream singing "Bed," a song he originally wrote for Chris Brown, but which ended up being a breakthrough hit for R&B star J. Holiday in 2007.
Kanye's new mix of the track, created with production duo DJDS, was posted on the rapper's SoundCloud account on Tuesday.
When the remix debuted at the fashion show, DJDS wrote on Twitter, "so much fun working on the soundtrack version of 'bed' for the #yeezy 5 show congrats kanye & crew big up (sic) @TheKingDream (The-Dream)."
Kanye released his latest album "The Life of Pablo" in February last year but was forced to abandon a tour promoting the record after he was hospitalized in November after reportedly suffering a mental breakdown.
Over 20 dates on his Saint Pablo tour were canceled. They are yet to be rescheduled, and Kanye has not announced when he will return to the stage.
