Easy listening superstar Jimmy Buffett is expanding his Margaritaville empire to include retirement homes.
The singer/songwriter is planning a string of paradise locations for aged fans, dubbed Latitude Margaritaville.
The first of the communities is being planned in Daytona Beach, Florida.
An ad for the site suggests the home will be "that happy place in your mind, the spirit of adventure in your soul."
Latitude Margaritaville, inspired by Buffett's hit song "Margaritaville," will feature "exciting recreation and unmatched dining."
The news comes days after Buffett announced plans to perform at the launch of his first California Margaritaville restaurant on March 30. The singer's new place will open at Universal CityWalk in Studio City at the end of the month, and Buffett will mark the occasion with a concert. Jimmy Buffett launched his first Margaritaville restaurant in Key West, Florida in 1987.
