Cardi B becomes the newest face of Balenciaga in their latest campaign

WASHINGTON (SBG) - After declaring her love for those Balenciaga boots “the ones that look like socks” in her hugely popular hit record “I Like It,” Cardi B has become the latest face of the luxury fashion brand.

The debut ad spot premiered Tuesday, Sept. 1, at the"The Louvre," Paris' historic art museum.

Fresh off the huge success of her hit song “WAP” with Megan Thee Stallion, Cardi B took to her Instagram account to announce that she is now the face of Balenciaga’s latest ad campaign for the winter 2020 season.

According to Vogue, the ad campaign was shot and styled by Cardi B’s team in her home in Los Angeles.

Since her breakout single "Bodak Yellow," Cardi B has continued to climb to further heights in her music career and now is making big waves in the fashion industry as this marks the Grammy winner’s first luxury fashion campaign.
